One netizen @AmamaBenn had this to say “Guy made us proud. Funny enough he said he will build a sports car by 2025 while in secondary but did it 6 years earlier.”
“You are a legend walking the surface of earth. Rare and God will help you achieve this for Nigerians at least the youth of Nigeria”, @olanrewaju209 tweeted.
Concurring with the first two, @bumbunky added “This is Technical Brother Naija! TBN…Congrats young man! Thanks for believing in your mother land…..even when you had the opportunity to work and earn pounds in the UK”.
@SHELTERS_NG added “This is what we need not packing certificates up and down. We need inventors not going for MSc because of certificates”.
@dejitanko described the young man as a “national treasure”. He added “A beautiful story.”
“The guy once built a tractor. He always scouted for scraps with which to build things. He turned the store in his parents’ house into a junkyard, which he called his workshop”, stated @daretanko
The car known as “Bennie Purrie” was unveiled in Abuja.
