Leading tech Giant Google, plan to launch Google Stations in Nigeria, with the hope of reaching 10million Nigerians across five cities with the project between now and the end of 2019.
The five cities to benefit from the project with over 200 sites are; Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, ibadan and Abuja.

Google station comes in partnership with 21st century, which is a leading Internet service provider (ISP) in Nigeria. On Wednesday, four of the stations went live in Lagos. These include; Local Airport, Landmark, The Palms and Ikeja City Mall.
Google Nigeria country Director, Juliet Ehimuan-Chiazor, said the initiative would help address affordability and access to data as well as broadband penetration.
